Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Radio Thermostat Company of America ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Radio Thermostat Company of America ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unused merchandise to Radio Thermostat Company of America within 10 days of receipt of product for a full refund. Products kept for over 10 days without a return request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original factory packaging. All products have a restocking fee of 25% and will require the purchaser to ship the items to Radio Thermostat Company of America at the customers expense. Radio Thermostat Company of America will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly. Cancellation policy: Orders must be cancelled at least 3 business days in advance of ship date to qualify for a refund.
